At Premium Wall Art, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns for Prints and Framed Prints
We now offer a 30-day return period for prints and framed prints if you’re unhappy with your purchase. To qualify:
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is at your expense.
Return Conditions
• Items must be undamaged and in original packaging.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee applies where applicable.
Change of Mind & Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order or change your mind:
• If the goods have not been collected, a $30 admin fee + 20% restocking fee applies.
• If you’ve already received the goods, they must be returned at your cost.
• Store credit is provided once the item is returned in original condition.
Colour Accuracy Disclaimer
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and are not considered faults. If you are unhappy with the colour, you may return within the 14-day period under the above return conditions.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
• Inspect your order immediately on delivery.
• Report any issues within 24 hours with photos.
• Keep all original packaging.
• We comply with Australian Consumer Law and offer repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

• Reason for return
• Photographs (if applicable)
Clearance Items
• No exchanges for clearance or sale items.
